Q: What's the shipping time if I place an order?

A: For samples, it takes 1-2 working days for shipping. For orders of more than 100pcs, it takes 3-5 days. The goods will arrive within 3-5 days by express.

Q: What's the warranty term?

A: We provide a 12-month warranty. If there are any quality problems with our products during this period, you can send them back for a replacement or refund. The shipping cost is on us.

Q: What shipping way is better for us?

A: For the items with big carton and strong battery, we would like to suggest shipping by sea on DDP terms, which includes door-to-door delivery and covering the import duty and tax. For small items, express delivery is the best option. It's fast and convenient for both of us. For bulk orders, FCL would be better. For urgent orders, we suggest using express delivery with DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. We can also get you a good price with these carriers.
